Welcome DWW Summer!

We've got big news! Meet DWW Summer!

This talented girl joined the Luna team a few months ago, learning the ropes and preparing for duty. We're pleased to share that she is now ready to start working with children and youth!

After completing her training with Dogs With Wings and Assistance Dogs International, Summer is officially certified and ready to start her important work.

Summer's job at Luna is to support children, youth and their families during difficult times, helping them to feel relaxed and safe. Starting today, Summer is on-duty, making her way through our Child Space, snuggling with new friends in a child forensic interviews and even supporting children in medical exams at Luna or the Alberta Children’s Hospital.
