Capital Campaign Manager
Luna is seeking an experienced and passionate Capital Campaign Manager to work with campaign consultant to design and execute the successful completion of a $16 million capital campaign from 2025-2030. The Manager will work closely with the Director of Development, CEO, campaign cabinet, fund development team, and community stakeholders to cultivate major donors, steward philanthropic relationships, and drive campaign momentum.
Centre Coordinator
As the first point of contact for children, youth, families, and visitors to Luna the Centre Coordinator ensures that all individuals attending Luna receive a warm and welcoming introduction to the Centre, and smooth connections to their Multidisciplinary Team.
This position requires a highly organized person with exceptional attention to detail and time management skills, who can balance service delivery, administrative tasks and providing general operational support to Luna partners. The incumbent must display kindness, tact, diplomacy, and empathy, using compassionate and trauma informed responses when working with children, youth, and families.
Controller
Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Controller is responsible for managing Luna’s financial operations including: budgeting, financial and grant reporting, accounts payable, payroll, and compliance.
The Controller works closely with the CEO as well as all members of Luna’s management team to ensure accurate reporting and financial management. This role is responsible for all daily accounting functions, ensuring accurate and timely financial data and providing insights that support strategic decision-making, transparency, and fiscal health. The Controller also supervises Luna’s part-time Finance Administrator.
Court Coordinator
Reporting to the Manager of Victim Services, the Court Coordinator provides front-line support to children, youth and families coming through the Luna Child and Youth Advocacy Centre who have been impacted by child abuse and going through the criminal court process.
In collaboration with the Multidisciplinary Team at Luna, the Court Coordinator will provide relevant information on the criminal court process, court supports available, and court updates throughout the judicial process. The Court Coordinator will also provide continued support to ensure families are well equipped to navigate the nuances of court processes.
