Our 2025–2026 Impact Report is Here

In 2025–2026, Luna supported 4,713 children and youth impacted by abuse, helping light the path to safety, justice, and healing. Behind every number is a young person who found support during one of the most difficult times in their lives. 

When we say we are ‘light when you need it most’, we mean it. It is both our impact and our promise. 

This year, that promise was strengthened through the collective efforts of our multidisciplinary team, schools, government partners, volunteers, donors, and community champions. Together, we continued to build a strong, coordinated response that helps children and youth feel safer, access justice, and begin their healing journey. 

As one of Canada's larger Child and Youth Advocacy Centres, we remain committed not only to serving children and youth in our community, but also to collaborating with other CYACs in Alberta and across the country. By sharing knowledge, contributing to research and evidence-informed practices, and advancing collective advocacy efforts, we are helping strengthen the CYAC movement and expand its impact. Together, we are working toward a future where every child and youth impacted by abuse, no matter where they live, can access the critical supports they need on their path to safety, justice, and healing. 

The incredible support of you, our community – through volunteerism, donations, attendance at events, engaging with us on social media, and countless other contributions – made this impact possible.
